How to Upload a Document
1.
Select the Upload My Documents / My Files to the Office tab
2.
Select the Browse button
3.
Select your document, then select Open
4.
Enter a description in the Description section, then select Upload

How to E-Sign a Document
1.
Select the View My Tax Return / My Requested Documents tab
2.
Click on the E-Sign Required red text next to the document that you want to sign
3.
Enter the client name, your PIN, your Social Security Number (without dashes), your date of birth, and your zip code

Your PIN is a five digit code (ex. 0sW02)

If you don’t have your PIN, click the Request PIN button and you will receive an email with your PIN
4.
Check the box that says I certify and acknowledge that I have reviewed the document(s) and agree to all terms implied within with my Electronic Signature.
5.
Click the E-Sign Client button
How to Request an Appointment
1.
Select the Request an Appointment tab
2.
Fill in your desired date and time, email, phone number, and any appointment notes

The earliest date you can enter is three days from the current day
3.
Click the Request button
